swaddled bliss

Hi all, Ashley still can’t make it to the computer herself, but she appreciates all the kind thoughts. She’s been having a tough time because of complications caused by the preeclampsia, but the big risks seem to be behind her and the baby is doing great. Here are a couple pics, if I can make it work…

What an angel! Thank you for posting Glenn. I don't know if you've considered hiring a post partum doula but if there are any in your area, it might be worth looking into as an extra set of hands for a couple days so you don't get exhausted trying to care for both mom and babe.

  16. I think those pictures just made me ovulate. :)

congratulations on your growing family! Beautiful baby pictures =D

  21. Wow, he is beautiful. So serene… Most babies look more like actual tree frogs when they're born… as in, kind of scaly and wrinkly and you know you're supposed to say that they're cute, but they really aren't. But he is truly beautiful! Those cheeks and lips! So sweet… I am thinking of you all day every day, dear friend. Hoping to talk to you in the next few days. I will try to call you again tomorrow. Much love to all Englishes and congratulations on your new son.
